Hosta 'High Society'

Deze Hosta 'High Society' is een splinternieuwe sport uit Hosta 'June' die dit jaar (2005) voor het eerst geïntroduceerd is door de Amerikanse Hostakwekerij Shady Oaks. Het is een blauw/groen Hosta blad met een goud/geel centrum dat later in het jaar(juni/juli) verkleurt naar een prachtig wit centrum. Een heel mooie kleurencombinatie.

Hij is net als Hosta 'Remember Me' (waar High Society veel op lijkt) een langzamer groeier. Maar zoals met alle sports uit Hosta 'June' is ook dit een prima tuinplant.
